When Installatøren AS set out to renovate their office premises in Oslo, the ambition was to create a cohesive and carefully considered work environment, with a clear identity, high functionality, and an expression that reflects the company. Ørseng Interior Architecture was responsible for the entire process, from initial ideas and concept development to the completed result.

The project is a full renovation, encompassing all surfaces, loose furniture, custom-made fittings, and lighting design. The aim was to create an office that functions optimally in everyday use while offering an inviting atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

The starting point for the project was the design language previously developed for Installatøren in Fredrikstad. This visual identity has been carried forward to ensure recognisability across locations, while being carefully adapted to the premises, needs, and context of the Oslo office. The result is a space that feels clearly connected, without becoming a direct replica.

Through deliberate material choices, calm colour palettes, and thoughtfully detailed solutions, we have created a modern and professional office environment with a warm and balanced atmosphere. The custom-designed elements were developed specifically for this project, and the lighting scheme has been carefully tailored to support function, ambience, and architectural qualities.
